Finds and reuses matching prior product configurations instead of recreating them from scratch.

#### Overview

Evaluates configured product requests against historical Sales Quotations, Customer Orders, and configuration records in IFS Cloud. It compares configuration attributes, identifies exact, partial, or missing matches, and recommends whether to reuse an existing configuration, use the latest approved match, create a new configuration, or request human review.
